Refund Policy

Effective date: 15 September 2025
Quick summary
We aim for your satisfaction. We offer refunds according to the rules below to ensure fair treatment and clear procedures.

1) Refund Eligibility

  • First subscription: the customer may request a refund within 7 days of the first purchase date, if the service has not been substantially used.
  • Annual subscriptions/upgrades: a refund may be considered within 14 days of purchase, if no substantial use has occurred.
  • Substantial use includes—for example—creating/exporting timetables or sending notifications/intensive operations within the system.
  • Note: if the platform offers a free trial, this may affect refund eligibility for the subsequent subscription.

2) Non-Eligible Cases

  • Renewals not cancelled before their due date.
  • Promotional offers/special discounts (if any) unless otherwise stated.
  • Misuse or breach of the terms.

3) How to Request a Refund

Send your request through the support channel inside the platform, attaching: the invoice number, the registered email, and the reason for the request.

4) Duration & Refund Method

We process the refund request within 5–10 business days of the request approval date.

After we approve the refund, the amount is returned exclusively to the original payment method via the payment gateway.

The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on the card issuer/bank as follows:
(the period starts from the moment we execute the refund)
  • Mada cards (within Saudi Arabia): usually 1–5 business days (may extend up to 10 business days at some banks).
  • Visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards: usually 7–20 business days.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: same periods as the card linked to the wallet.
  • Bank transfer (if done exceptionally): 1–3 business days after verifying the IBAN details.

Important notes:

  • The weekend (Friday/Saturday) and official holidays in the Kingdom are not counted as business days.
  • When needed, we provide you with the refund reference number (ARN) to give to your bank if the amount is delayed beyond the periods above.
  • If the purchase was in a currency other than the Saudi Riyal, a small difference may appear due to the exchange rate and card-network fees at the issuing bank.
  • Non-refundable payment-gateway fees (if any) are not returned.

5) Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

You can stop renewal at any time from the billing page; the cancellation applies to the next cycle.

6) FAQ

Requested a cancellation right after renewal?
If no substantial use has occurred after renewal, we will review the case according to the policy.

Paid annually but did not use the service?
You may be eligible within the 14-day window.

Notice: if the amount does not appear after 20 business days for credit cards or 10 business days for Mada, please contact your bank and provide them with the ARN, then contact us if support is needed.
