1) Acceptance

By using Smartble, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2) Account & Permissions

The entity (school/institution) is responsible for the accuracy of account data, keeping login credentials confidential, and all activities carried out through its account.

3) Subscriptions & Payment

  • The service is provided by paid subscription (monthly/annual) according to the plans announced within the platform.
  • The subscription may include a limited-time free trial (if available).
  • There is no automatic renewal of services.
  • Any applicable fees/taxes are stated on the invoice.

4) Acceptable Use

The following is prohibited: misuse of the platform, attempting to hack or circumvent it, sharing access outside the authorized entity, or any illegal use or use that infringes intellectual-property rights.

5) Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform, code, content, and visual identity belong to Al-Jisr Al-Dhaki Trading Foundation. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during the subscription period.

6) Availability & Maintenance

We strive to provide the platform around the clock, with planned or emergency maintenance when needed. The service may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7) Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" within the limits permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific results, and the user is responsible for operational decisions based on the system’s output.

8) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond statutory limits. In all cases, the maximum liability is limited to the fees paid during the last 12 months for the affected subscription.

9) Termination

The user may cancel the subscription at any time from the billing page. We may suspend/terminate access in the event of a breach of these terms or for legal reasons.

10) Amendments

We may amend these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the amendments after they are published within the platform.

11) Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the courts of the city of Jeddah unless otherwise agreed by law.
